Introducing
Max “Maxie Reed” Humphreys – Senior Designer & Owner
Max is a 45+year residential construction veteran, both as a master carpenter and master cabinetmaker as well as a design professional.
Max owned and operated several businesses, including Max Humphreys – Cabinetmaker, Solid Rock Construction, and Alpine Construction, in Amarillo, Texas and Durango, Colorado. In more recent years, after returning to school for CAD and engineering, Max started SRC Designs, producing custom home designs and construction documentation and garnering recognition for his design skills.
Max and his wife, Sharon, have 4 children and 6 grand children. Max’s hobbies include hiking, bicycling, travel, wood working, and reading.
